Our hotline is available 24 hours a day to answer your questions and assist you with any difficulties that may arise. If necessary, you have the opportunity to speak directly to our technicians, who can dial into your machines via the ApoStore remote maintenance system and guide you through the on-screen menu. If a video system is installed, it is even possible to guide you live through the machine. In most cases, our hotline can provide immediate assistance.

On-Site Service
In order to be able to reach you quickly, we have decentralized technical support points in your area. Our technicians are trained and have a local spare parts warehouse for immediate deployment. Your maintenance and service contract includes regular updates to the ApoStore software as well as the option to add new functions and components. This means that your order picking machine always remains up to date with the latest technology.
Solution Center
The focus at all times is on our customer-centric solutions, functional reliability and optimal utilization of the dispensing machine. Our customers are part of a partnership that is supported by the solution center.
Before the machine is installed, an in-depth discussion takes place with our consulting team to analyze work processes and clarify questions. Trained specialists accompany the work processes on site and offer customized training to deepen knowledge of the machine and check efficiency. Processes are optimized and implemented together with the pharmacy management and employees.
