The new pharmacy is located in the middle of the charming town center of Laupheim. Andreas Buck and his dedicated team have been making a successful contribution to the community’s healthcare for many years. “Our business has developed consistently positively over the years.

Not only has our customer base grown, but our team has grown too,” explains the pharmacy owner. More space was needed, so the pharmacy was expanded with a complete renovation. In order to optimize the service and make the pharmacy future-proof, Buck opted for the right technology: the ApoStore A3000 dispensing machine. Time savings, streamlined workflows and more structure

Before the modernization of the New Pharmacy in Laupheim, Buck's team had a lot to do due to the increasing number of customers and the extra work that came with it. In addition to dozens of walks between the pharmacy and the storage rooms, the daily routine also included the constant - often futile - search for packages due to several overstock locations. This caused unrest and long waiting times. With the commissioning of the dispensing machine in 2020, calm and structure returned to the pharmacy. The A3000 has two grippers that enable parallel picking. The iScan extension supports authenticity checking and inspection as soon as goods are received. This creates space to complete other tasks in parallel, optimize work and eliminate intermediate steps.
