Since moving to the new location and opening the modern sales rooms, an A1000 dispensing machine has been supporting the pharmacy with warehouse organization. This gives the pharmacy team more time to provide their customers with detailed advice on health issues.
Since opening in spring 2021, the ApoStore robot has optimized the pharmacy’s logistics and handles the time-consuming work in the warehouse.

More time for customer advice
In the back office area, the A1000 dispensing machine supports inventory management. The storage of medication in the robot is also fully automatic. Around 15,000 packages are stored in the machine, which stores everything in a much smaller area to save space. At the push of a button, the desired medication is at one of the four sales points within a few seconds. 750 to 1,000 packages of medication and health products are sold here every day. "Automation has many advantages for us: on the one hand, we have more time for advice, and on the other hand, our warehouse and all of the associated processes are always optimized," summarizes Mag. Telesko.
Tradition and innovation
The Telesko family has integrated the ApoStore robot into their pharmacy in such a way that customers can also follow the processes in the pharmacy. Through a viewing window you can see how the pharmacist makes medicines or mixes ointments himself, on the other side you can observe the innovative technology of the ApoStore robot.
