Virtual visual selection with connection to the Cube+
The dispensing machine handles the storage of goods and the inventory overview and simplifies returns processing. The installation of the Cube+ also created more sales space in the modern pharmacy, as the medication is stored in a space-saving manner. In addition, Mr. Eslambolchi and his team have saved a lot of time that would otherwise have been needed for walking and searching for medication. With the Cube+, the products can be retrieved from behind the hand sales counter simply by touching the screen. The team at farma-plus Apotheke Glückauf uses the time saved to advise customers. The connection of the machine to several visual selection displays enables several customers to be advised at the same time.
Free-selection screens and digital action areas complement the concept of the pharmacy of the future
In addition to the virtual visual selection, the Glückauf pharmacy also has several free selection screens. Here, customers can independently and interactively find out about cosmetic products or over the counter (OTC) products - an ideal addition to the comprehensive services offered by Mr. Eslambolchi's pharmacy. In addition, digital action areas in the pharmacy ensure an attention-grabbing product presentation. A total of nine monitors are in use and underline the pharmacy's forward-looking concept.
